What Saves Me is a rock and urban musical performance that evokes the journey through a turbulent and explosive America and the impact of a society in disarray on a struggling family. The cyclical social madness of this country leaves an indelible mark on the mental health of a young teenager who tries to survive without a safety net through poetry, music, and artistic encounters. This performance paints a portrait of Generation X through the lens of an intimate, bilingual narrative, where music, dance, theater, and documentary and experimental film immerse the audience in a comprehensive experience.
